We all carry inner thoughts, fears, and worries that burden us.  We all face, at some point, challenges in our lives we were not prepared for - events we could not anticipate. You may have some sense of where to go and how to navigate - feeling like things are manageable - or you may be completely lost, confused, and scared -  feeling overwhelmed and overstressed.  No matter where you are in your journey of healing, self-discovery, and betterment I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space to explore, discover, and cultivate together an exclusive, unconditional, and new intimate relationship with yourself.

 

I provide a holistic approach to psychotherapy where we unburden not just the present but the past and therefore our future in a multidisciplinary and harmonious approach that honors your feelings without judgment, uncovers your true heart desires, and nurtures your current skills and learned skills to achieve a more fulfilling and ever expansive life.

 

The complex gradation of emotions and life challenges do not have to be carried alone. Together, in collaboration with one another, you can heal your past, live powerfully and authentically in the present, and create your future of abundance where all things are bearable and true peace is achieved. Just as there are various and diverse ways to make eggs there are different approaches to therapy utilized to achieve different outcomes and goals.

We are all different - with not just different upbringing and experiences but different hearts desires, values, and definition of happiness and success. 

 

 

 

 

Therapy that fosters and nurtures healing is not meant to look one specific way. It is not linear. And it is not easy. But I believe therapy is the grand gesture of self love and the greatest gift you can give yourself - for yourself but also for those around you.

 

Those who heal, heal others. Despite the discomfort you will find inner peace that make all things meaningful and bearable.

Through healing the relationship you have with yourself, the relationship you have with others will transform and transcend in ways that serve your heart and soul.

I believe therapy should be conducted collaboratively with compassion in a safe non-judgmental space we create together and you will always be the ultimate expert of your life.
